Profile

As a researcher l like complex issues. I am practice-based and adept at designing and conducting evaluations and effect studies, often in the criminological research field. My work areas include (youth) crime, criminal justice and interventions.

I have a special interest in the subject of labour exploitation, which is quickly becoming a global problem. It tolerates no daylight and therefore we do not have a clear picture of it. A topical challenge in the light of the current migration – and refugee flows.

I studied Mathematics / Statistics at the University of Amsterdam. Before I came to work with DSP-groep, I worked at the University of Amsterdam and the Trimbos Institute.
