Profile

As a researcher at the DSP group, I am mainly involved in research in the field of security and justice. My studies in clinical forensic psychology and criminology enable me to approach security issues from different perspectives. This includes the use of methods and techniques for crime prevention, but also the approach to different types of offenders. A positive approach will always be my preference!

I have experience with both qualitative and quantitative research. Within various research projects I have conducted file research, analyzed police files, conducted interviews and made observations. Characteristic of my analyzes is that I have an overview of the bigger picture and also pay attention to the details. I have an affinity with rules and structures within which one has to work. But if necessary, I can temporarily release it to achieve a better result.
